The might of Isengard has come to the fortress of helm's deep, only the few brave defenders can hold the deeping wall until help arrives!
Each player will control:
-one hero from Helm's Deep
-their custom hero
-a few elven warrior battalions
Some of the maps features are:
-camera animations
-noises/ speeches /music
-Isengard waves
The waves work wonderfully and the forces will use the ladders; you can run but you can't hide !
To win, simply survive through the night, and hold the courtyard.
NOTE: The top spot must be an Isengard enemy computer! (this is so certain spells can be cast)
I have tested this online and so far everyone has enjoyed it thoroughly! I think I've created a good feeling of the real helms deep.

yo.
just tried this with bfme2 original. seemed to work fairly ok.
Not sure what you're doing with the custom hero thing. He can't fight & he dies real easy. Whats the point of it? |

This map spawns units from the RotWk expansion pack. It is NOT for bfme2. As for the hero, you might want to try enabling customs... |

Playability: 5
Easy to play, and terribly fun too, no question about a five here.
Balance: 5
Well, they all have the same, so what can I put?
Creativity: 5
Good idea, nice and hard, lots cool happenings, defnietely a 5.
Map Design: 4.5
Good design, not much texturing though.
Story/Instructions: 5
Brilliant, just brilliant really, well explained, and of course historically accurate, lol :)
Additional Comments:
Well I enjoyed playing this map terribly, though it is hard, it is very possible, here are two hints:
1. Keep your elven archers behind to wall, to shoot the uruk warriors who climb up, otherwise they'll die too quickly.
2. I found it's possible to get the elven warriors in the bottom left corner out, trust me it's possible.

nice nice.
I swear someone has to create a really good Helms Deep skirmish map though! A real accurate one with ladders etc..... Or even a 2 player version of this map? Is that in consideration eliec? Thatd be sweet if you did |

Semi review.
I found it pretty difficult and died within 30 seconds but I think* i see now its because you placed 5 slots for players??? So maybe I should have added 4 computers and me on bottom...
Will give it another shot soon! |

Actually there are only 4 player slots (the top one is for the enemy), so give yourself 3 allied computers. Also make sure that you have chosen a custom hero. Just remember that this map is meant to be played online. |

Very well thought of, impossible to survive as a single player or with noobs as allies. some fine tuning could be done, but for the most part, it is a very enjoyable map. |
