Hello, and welcome to the Bridge of Fear Tower Wars... This is my second tower wars map although I did take a long break between starting it and finishing it.
The Bridge of Fear is a 4 player tower wars map that has waves coming down 2 paths both ending where the other one begins. 'Teams' are not used in this map as every unit is spawned and ordered individually through scripts - so expect these named units to cause some shenanigans while running to the end!
The Bridge of Fear contains heavy ini edits many of which target the heroes. Effort was made to try and make most heroes more or less useful to some extent so don't be afraid to try and experiment with different heroes.
Put folder into your maps directory:
C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\My The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king Files\Maps
Furthermore, a new unit was added to a certain race... play and find out which one!
The map was updated since initial release. Wave 10 should be less laggy, wave 15 should more challenging, and balrogs and ice wolves should take more damage from red and fire arrows (and less from silver arrows :P).
Also riches of gloin and gorkil should not bug as often anymore.
NOTE: THIS MAP ONLY WORKS FOR PATCH 2.01 FOR RISE OF THE WITCH KING. IT MAY WORK WITH SOME ROTWK MODS BUT BALANCE WILL BE WAY OFF. THIS MAP DOES NOT WORK FOR BFME 2 1.06 AND OTHER NON-ROTWK PATCHES. IF YOU STUMBLE UPON A VERSION OF THIS MAP THAT RUNS ON 1.06 IT IS A STOLEN, FAKE, PIRATED VERSION THAT IS UNBALANCED AND IN GENERAL CLUNKY AND BAD.
