Pre-Release Information about BFME2
Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth II by Electronic Arts is the RTS sequel to Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth. This sequel will include factions and characters not found in the first game, due to a new agreement Electronic Arts made with The Saul Zaentz Company d/b/a Tolkien Enterprises. This new agreement gave Electronic Arts the right to develop content based on the books. This, in addition to a prior agreement EA had with New Line Cinema, means that this new game will feature content found in both the books as well as the movies!
