nothing wrong

yay for giving the defenders a chance by adding reinforcements.

the front gate is broken far to easily, if you buffed the gates HP and added supporting trebs on both sides it would be more well balanced, also being able to attack the wall is kind of cheap since you can break in at the far left and take the stairs to the next level with little to oppose you

the 3rd level is well done
Map Design: 4.5
there is very little space for the attackers to make resource producers, you should have made a little more room.

Story/Instructions: 5
nothing needs to be said

Additional Comments:
It is not a very hard map to beat, provided that you don't start as the top attacker, I beat it solo.

Really this was a thoughtful and great piece of work. Love all the little touches like the hero work and the reinforcements that make the game interest well past the usual "pivot point."

Additional Comments:
Have played 10-15 times with all the different races and difficulty settings - sometimes having allies and sometimes solo. I think about 5 times solo in total. I'm amused by the designer expressing surprise that anyone could do this solo - it's easy simply because you have so much time to yourself at the beginning (20 minutes or so?) - this is enough time to cover all the outside space with farms and build 8 fully upgraded fortresses and a large fully upgraded army. When the Rohirrim finally do come, they are broken easily by the fortresses, all of which will fire catapaults at once... LOL Then you can use the same fortresses to contain the outpouring from the city when it comes. Because of all the combat going on, you can get a large number of spells quickly and use them repeatedly to maximum effect. With Golem's ring too, translated into Sauron or Galadriel, you're almost invincible.
