"Arnor is almost entirely like the Men faction, with an elven barracks, two elven powers and one dwarven power added. It has its own heroes - presumably all faced in the campaign, which I have not finished - that still show signs of the heroes they are based on. The one who has lightning sword actually uses a Word-of-power style power, where he throws down what I assume is a palantír, and it kills ALL nearby units."
Quantum Mechanic was the first to show people how to make Arnor playable. i took his work much further and added all the needed tooltips and a few other fixes. I added Eregion Forge to allow Elven units to purchase upgrades.
*UPDATE* Sadly, I could not fix the levels at which heros get their abilities. The experience levels file has them all correct, but they still dont work correctly. I will continue to try and solve this issue.
