As you see I did a forward mine, and rushed the Mordor dude early one, while my Elf ally (WoA|Saviour^) defended my mines and backed me up. In general, the strategy works like this (early game):
-Hall of Warriors -Mine -2 guardians in queue -Forward mine -2 guardians -Mine
Everyone should try to master this strategy, since it really gets you the win early. Try it, master it, and pwn with it!
I love Dwarves, because if I ever play against another dwarf player, there's a good chance he will guardian rush me, so I axe thrower rush him
Bendak, yesterday I played against another dwarf player who actually rushed with a battlewagon. he micromanaged it very well around the pikes I built to counter it while starting to build infantry at his base. Is that a viable strategy since hardly anyone would expect it?
not that i'm a very good player or something, ut what about adding a few axethrowers if your first guardian rushes dont work. then i think it will be a very viable strat, even if your first rushes fail.
P.S feel free to improve it, cause im not a very good player.

That doesn't work, because it isn't fast enough . The objective is to have 2 guardians in the enemies' base before he got his second unit out.
I've heard this is especially effective against Mordor, as they have very poor defenses and their beginning units (Orcs) are quite weak.
Opinions?

I aint especially good at strats (I do what I like and it works fine), but for once I wanted to try this. So, I do it in the exact same order, but when I got to his base with 2 guardians he had one lorien archer out, and another was incoming from his barack. I got owned, we both did the armor/attack boost, but he had archers and made a hit and run tactic. Then I was doomed, he used his hit and run troughout the game, and dwarwes are soo slow...
So, am I too slow? 2 guardians by his base just before he gets his second unit?

A good guardian can cripple even the best Mordor pro.

Wow, I just tried a guardian rush in a tournament game (after trying it once first against a Medium AI) and won in 4 minutes! Against someone ranked #280 vs my smurf's rank which was... close to the end of the rankings.

i mean, if you have trouble taking down his fortress then you could add in some axethrowers to finish it off. after your first rush you should have more resources than your opponent
