Is it possible to make a singleplayer mission like in the campaign? (I mean, you don't have to put all player_x_start stuff and you don't have to add skirmish players.)
If anyone knows, please reply.

Well, that's impossible, but you could make a skirmish map just like a campaign mission.

Thanks you. And... Just one more thing. If you place a hero, for example the Witchking, in the World Builder and then you try the map using faction Angmar, then you can see that your hero can be duplicated. If you selected the fortress you would be able to create a new Witchking and then you would have 2 Witchkings. Is there anyway to remove from the fortress one of the two commandbuttons that create one Witchking?
NOTE: Excuse my English.

I don't have a problem with people who try to speak English and don't know it fluently. I do have a problem who know how to speak English fluently, but are too lazy to type it up correctly. I'm glad you're the former.
In regards to the question, here's what happens. The commandset buttons are called "GenericReviveSlots" and they revive any hero that happens to be in that slot at the time. Sorry, it can't be done. (at least not in that aspect)

I'm not sure of the details, but you could probably make an ini file for the map in notepad that would remove the Witch-King as a buildable hero, so the one already there would be the only one.
