Is it possible to load maps from the game (such as the Helm's Deep Map) into the map-editor and modify that specific map? I ask because I want to tweak the Helm's Deep map to make a specific mission for it and I'd rather use the original than build up an entirely new replica.

Im pretty sure that is not possible sorry. Though you could try to find the maps in the program's files and copy them somewhere then browse and load them up in worldbuilder. As i always say things never work if you dont try :P

It is possible, I've loaded them into the worldbuilder myself.
You just need a program to unzip the maps.big file in your bfme2 directory; then load the map you want.

Try using this program: http://www.filefront.com/3820103/Final-Big/

Good luck!
