Hello! I am posting a big mod project, but I think that it will greatly improve the fun for all the changes are appropriate and well balanced, so here we go!

- Give to the Witch King the ability "Morgul Blade", but with the cooldown reduced to 2/3

- change the following hero's weapons appearance with the movie one:

- increase the spells for Sauron and Galadriel, of course giving them the chance to level up

- Increase the models for the Create a Hero (enable the movie heroes such as gandalf, sauron, the witch-king...)

- new hero for the Goblins: "Durin's Bane", a balrog that has all the abilities of the summoned Balrog, except Flight (due to his staying into the bowels of moria.) The abilities have the cooldown increased of 2/3 (breathe fire is doubled).

- New ability for Sauron: "The One Ring", a passive ability that gives him a 1/10 chance that, when the last Hp is lost, the Ring sustains him and he regains a small bit (1/10 of total energy)

- Sound changed: the "Screech" ability of the Witch king now has the sound from the ROTK, the scene where he emerges from Minas Morgulo and frodo says: I can feel his blade.

- Remove from the Goblins the power "summon Balrog" (of course, since they have him as a hero) and place instead "earthquake" (normally a power of the good side)

- a new power for the normal nazguls (horseback / fell beast)

- give to the sword of gandalf a white glow (FOTR, the bridge of Khazad-dum)

- new heroes for the men of the west: Sam, Frodo, Merry and Pippin:
Frodo's Sting gets a boost against trolls and spiders
Sam gets a Leadership ability
Merry gains a bonus against the Wraiths, the Ringwraiths and the Witch-King
Pippin gains a boost against Trolls

- remove the 4 hobbits from the ability "Summon hobbit allies"

- new neutral hero "Smaug", a dragon that has the model of he Collector's edition dragon, but a golden color instead. he is recruitable.

Your going to be hard pushed to have people join a project, as were so low on numbers currently . I'd advise trying to work as much as you can out for yourself, and they try teaching some friends so they can help you .

Any battle from the Silmi will need a lot of INI editing!
I'm inspired to make maps on the First Age, but I am at present waiting for Victor's Angband mod, which might find some use for such maps.

I'm looking at the sort of mods I could do with Create-a-Heros. I've made one where you can use your hero on any side, and another that puts them in the campaigns. Now I'm trying to expand the CAH options during creation. It won't involve any new models, but various options will appear cross-class: the easterlings could use dwarven axes, men of the west could wear uruk-hai helmets, and so on. It's proving more problematic than its predecessors, but isn't hopeless yet. If possible, I would add new types such as hobbits and so on.

Just call it "Create-a-Hero mod Mk 3" or something in the database, I don't mind too much.
